New Office Opens
AAA Taxis today opened their new office in South Normanton, Derbyshire. After a full refurbishment, the building on Church Street will house the main call centre, administration offices and driver rest area. In addition to these facilites, there is also a large workshop for the servicing and general maintenance of the vehicles.
General Manager, Andrew Howell, commented "The new offices are absolutely brilliant. It does wonders for staff moral having nice veiws over the Derbyshire counrtyside. It will also mean the vehicles spend more time on the road and less time in the garage."
This is the second move within a year for the company. Just another indication of the growth it is acheiving.

Kirkby in Ashfield Office to Close
"It is with regret that we have to announce the closure of our office in Kirkby in Ashfield. With our recent takeover of NB Taxis, we have had to streamline our business to take advantage of the added resources that the new company brings. We will still be providing the same reliable service to Kirkby in Ashfield, however we will no longer have the walk in booking office there."
Residents of Kirkby in Ashfield will still be able to contact AAA Taxis easily, but if anyone has any problems, they are urged either pop in to the Sutton in Ashfield office or give AAA a call on 01623 810 810.

AAA Taxis aquires Sutton in Ashfield Taxi Company
The aquisition makes AAA Taxis the second largest taxi company in the Sutton in Ashfield area. Company owner, Luke Griffiths, commented "This addition to our company emphasises the fact that we are the fastest growning company in our industry. Everyone here is proud to work for AAA; we're certainly going places."
Now the company has more resources at it's disposal, this will surely mean a much more efficient and reliable operation for all their stakeholders.
